💻️ Tech stack: Python/Django, React, GraphQL (Apollo/Relay), AI tools for development
🔧 What you'll do:
- Lead transition to AI-centric SDLC and improve engineering workflows with AI
- Design, implement, and maintain full-stack applications using modern web tech, databases, and AI
- Build scalable, high-quality code with automated testing
- Collaborate on architecture, AI integration, system design, and mentoring juniors
- Participate in on-call rotation and deliver features with focus on UX
📋️ Requirements:
- 7+ years professional software development experience
- Proven success using AI coding tools (Claude, Codex etc.) for refactoring, analysis, and process improvement
- Strong Python/Django, React, GraphQL, and unit testing skills
- Analytical mindset, AI fascination, independent worker with high agency
