We are looking for a hands-on Cloud / DevOps Engineer to design, automate, and manage secure, scalable production infrastructure across AWS and Azure.
π§ Key Responsibilities
β’ Design and manage AWS & Azure cloud infrastructure
β’ Build Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
β’ Deploy and manage Docker/Kubernetes (EKS/AKS) environments
β’ Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines
β’ Automate infrastructure and operations using Python, Bash, and Ansible
β’ Implement monitoring and observability with CloudWatch, Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, etc.
β’ Support cloud migrations, production incidents, reliability, security, and cost optimization

β’ Strong CI/CD experience with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or Azure Pipelines
β’ Python and/or Bash scripting
β’ Good understanding of cloud networking, IAM, security, and production troubleshooting
β’ Strong English communication skills

tem builds the pricing infrastructure behind commercial energy contracts β the transaction engine (Rosso) that prices deals, balances portfolios, and sits on the critical path for every trade we close. Both roles are hands-on, high-leverage IC positions β no direct reports, real technical ownership.
1. Senior Staff ML Engineer β Pricing
Own the pricing ML inside Rosso β the models that set the fee on every quote and manage imbalance risk across the book. Greenfield, ambiguous, and it moves fast: you're choosing between stochastic optimisation, classical ML, and RL based on the problem, not your favourite tool.
β’ Stack: Python, PyTorch, solvers like Gurobi where they fit better than gradient methods
β’ Bonus for energy/power trading background, or research depth in a quantitative field
β’ Β£127,000 (or local equivalent) + equity
2. Senior Staff Engineer β Origination & New Products
