🤝 Remote Job Hunting Partnership
Hey everyone,
I'm a full stack developer with 10+ years of experience, and I'm looking for a long-term partner to collaborate with for remote job opportunities in the US and Europe market.
Important clarification:
This is NOT an outsourcing post and there is no active client project right now. I am looking for someone to partner with during the remote job hunting process itself. The goal is to apply for remote positions together and handle the communication/interview side professionally once opportunities come in.
I’m strong on the technical side and will handle the technical work, resume preparation, applications, company research, interview preparation, and overall process. What I need is someone with strong English communication skills who can confidently handle calls, HR screenings, client conversations, and interview discussions. I’ll always support you throughout the process — you won’t be doing things alone.
It's also okay if you can only share the profile and do some KYCs for the identity verification.

Hello everyone!
I am a DevOps Engineer with 2.5 yrs of xp, and I am a U.S Citizen who is working currently from India(BLR), I am looking for a switch so I can move back to the states. If the company does not have a relocation policy, then I will gladly relocate myself. I am facing an issue currently when I apply on job portals for US location, my profile does not reach the hiring manager, so no matter how strong my resume is, it gets rejected because in the application my current location in India. It would be great if I could get some guidance here : )

I will be relocating to Seattle next month and will locally navigate the job market for DevOps/Infrastructure roles. My concern is - I'm trying to gauge if a 3 to 4-month job search is realistic, and if a search stretches to 6+ months, do recruiters view that as a major red flag, or is it pretty understandable right now?
