We run a web scraping API handling billions of requests. Looking for someone to own our cloud infrastructure end-to-end.

You'd be building: browser cloud infrastructure at scale (containerized browsers, session isolation, autoscaling), websocket/CDP tunnels, TCP tuning, observability that actually works. AWS heavy (ECS, Fargate, RDS), Terraform for everything. But we're not married to AWS. Sometimes the right answer is bare metal, a weird cloud provider, or something we haven't tried yet.
