Interview Confirmation

We're confirmed for your Case Study interview.

Below are some details of what to expect and some tips to prepare for our call.

Case Study Process

I want to make this a fun and rewarding experience for us.

Here's what to expect on our call:

  1. Some quick background on your company (name, size, industry, purpose, founded, etc)
  2. Understand the purchasing environment before going through our accelerator and your decision process.
  3. Learn about your business case and who were your internal advocates.
  4. Go over some standard customer success questions, followed by product feedback and what we could improve.
  5. Then wrap up by asking some closing questions and for a customer quote.

After the interview, I'll draft a strictly private case study based on our conversation. I'll publish this case study behind a password-protected page so you can follow along or share it with your legal team.

When the draft is finished, we'll ask your company for written approval before making it public or making any changes that you request (for example, redacting information)

As soon as we have your approval, we'll publish the case study and let you know where to find it

You're free to reference this case study on your site, and we encourage you to do so.

Pro Tips

  • The customer quote is a very important part of the process. It helps to think about what you might want to say about working with us in roughly 1-3 sentences.
  • Prepare some vanity metrics we can share in the case study. Every company is different in what it can or is willing to share. Great examples are top-line revenue, amount of money raised, headcount, headcount growth, recognitions (e.g. Fortune 100 Fastest-Growing Companies), Year-over-year growth, number of services running on AWS, etc.
