Hello

I am in a transitory phase in my career moving from Engineering to Entrepreneurship … Wondering if anyone has experience forming LLC / C-Corp for a SaaS & Tech-Services offering .. I’ve been talking to some attorneys, as I am a noob in this. And it feels like the attorneys are going to empty my pockets as I set things up. I have some really basic requirements, and was hoping to talk to someone who may have done this. And if you have any recommendations on some toolsets or attorneys who you have had good experience with - that will help me a great deal. Any advice is welcome.
