DevOps Engineer (Advantage - Banking industry experience)
€35k – €52k • No equity
Codabrasoft is looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to be involved in the partners’ Banking project project in Montenegro.

Client: A leading financial institution in Central and Eastern Europe (based in Hungary). This bank offers a wide range of retail and corporate banking services.
Location: Podgorica, Montenegro The office attendance requirement: the policy is 12 office days per month (in Podgorica, Montenegro), which can either be grouped (e.g., in blocks) or fulfilled by coming to the office 3 times a week.
Working mode: Full-time Duration:
Long-term, 12+ months

Main tasks:
• Design, build and support automated software development (CI/CD)
• Deploy and manage Azure DevOps cloud-based infrastructure with Infrastructure as Code tools
• Supporting Software development in Azure DevOps environments
• Support our transition to public and private cloud-centric environment
• Finding new solutions, implementing proof of concepts
• Educating teams on the implementation of new cloud technologies and initiatives
• Support operations team’s escalated requests
• Collaborate with development teams

Requirements:
• At least 4 years of hand-on experience with building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins or Azure DevOps)
• Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle, Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery
• Experience with Cloud technologies
• Scripting knowledge – Python or Java
• Advanced level of experience with Version Control Systems (Git)
• Advanced level of experience with Containerization such as Docker
• Advanced level of experience with Container Orchestration tools (Kubernetes)
• Understanding microservice architecture
• Understanding the concept of Infrastructure-as-Code and experience with tools like Terraform
• Analytical and problem-solving way of thinking
• At least Bachelor Degree in Computer Science and/or Engineering
• Fluet in English verbal, and written
• Systematic and capable of working independently
• Dynamic, proactive, open-minded personality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
