Hey everyone š I'm Marvin, based in Aachen, Germany.
I spent the last few years as a Staff DevEx Engineer at DeepL, where I helped to build the internal platform on k8s and ArgoCD, introduced Backstage, and set up tracking for DORA metrics.
I've since left to found Heplon with a former DeepL colleague. We're building a tool that helps platform teams drive adoption. It brings platform knowledge and live system state into coding agents so developers use the platform correctly on their own, and it analyses real usage to show your team where to evolve the platform next.
