Hello all I'm reading the article "Decide on Secrets Placement for Terraform," and the decision is: "We will use AWS SSM Parameter Store for all platform-level secrets used by infrastructure and Terraform." It's not clear whether you recommend using a single AWS SSM Parameter Store or one per account. Can you clarify?
