Pricing & services
You might need a plan, help with a specific problem, or a starting point for a new platform. Here’s how we work. The first conversation is free; we agree on the paid work before it begins.
Work out what to tackle next
$24,000 USD
A custom assessment shaped around your goals and the decisions you need to make. Understand your current infrastructure and get a practical plan for what comes next.
Help with the work in front of you
Scoped to your project
A migration, a Terraform refactor, or a platform that needs attention. We work alongside your engineers, with scope, deliverables, and an estimate agreed before we start.
Build on a platform we know well
Defined scope
A starting point for teams who want to adopt the Cloud Posse reference architecture on AWS. Use our Terraform components and delivery workflows, with help getting them in place.
An accelerator helps you adopt our AWS reference architecture through a defined engagement. Consulting is tailored to work in your environment, such as migrations, Terraform changes, or requirements outside an accelerator’s scope. See accelerator pricing and details.
The initial conversation is free. The assessment is a separate $24,000 USD engagement, custom-scoped around your goals. It includes recommendations, a future-state solution architecture, a migration plan, and four weeks after delivery for questions, clarifications, and reasonable refinements within scope. See what’s included.
For an assessment, we target delivery about two weeks after kickoff, subject to timely access and your team’s availability, followed by four weeks of follow-up. For consulting and accelerators, we agree on a schedule with the scope. Assessment implementation is separate.
Tell us about your project. You don’t need to choose a service before we talk. The first conversation is about your goals and whether we can help—not a free technical review or written roadmap.
Yes. We offer ongoing guidance and scheduled engineering support. Talk through what you need, or compare support plans. Our SweetOps community is also a place to compare notes with maintainers and practitioners; it is separate from paid support.
